Overview

The Board of Trustees for Pembroke School, Stratford are seeking a suitably qualified Main Building Contractor to carry out the Learning Support Modifications Project.

The Contract Works required are: Reconfiguration to existing toilet area to refine the rooms and create a sick bay, cleaner’s cupboard in order to have a standalone sickbay so the main bathroom can be used solely for the learning support modification bathroom. This bathroom will meet the universal bathroom design and size.

All tender documentation and necessary information attached.

Contractors MUST visit site. Contact School Office to arrange a site visit.

Ideally dependent on MoE funding approval this work would start as soon as possible after confirmation provided, however this will be discussed with the successfull contractor and school once funding approvals are confirmed.
