The Board of Trustees for Stratford Primary School are seeking a suitably qualified Main Building Contractor to carry out the Learning Support Modifications Project.

The Contract Works required are: Issue 1: Main learning area fitout & alterations. Issue 2: Bathroom & Toilet area. Issue 3: Outdoor area, 53 metres pool, fencing, 2 x pedestrian gates, paths & Covered area to entrance.

All tender documentation and necessary information attached.

Contractors MUST visit site. Contact School Office to arrange a site visit.

Ideally dependent on MoE funding approval this work would start as soon as possible after confirmation provided, however this will be discussed with the successfull contractor and school once funding approvals are confirmed.
