Overview
Waiharara School is located at 8 Katavich Road, Waiharara and is set for a refurbishment and extension to their Administration block. To make room for this there needs to be demolition of 2 auxiliary sheds. There is likely asbestos present in the auxiliary sheds and potentially the cladding of the existing Admin block, this will be removed prior to the contractor starting onsite.
The Contract Works required are: Demolish 2 x auxiliary sheds and carry out a refurbishment & extension to the current administration block. This will provide a new entrance to the building, extra offices, and meeting spaces.
New Build – Administration block and Entry building. Full renovation and fit out internally and externally.
