Overview
Kaingaroa School is in need of full weathertightness remediation of Block 1 (Admin & classrooms) and Room 6 & 7. The full scope will be released when design is completed with the RFT however a brief scope of works is: Cladding remediation & replacement, Framing remediation where required, Roofing Remediation, Exterior Joinery remediation, Pergola & Decking remediation. There is some Asbestos removal required to Block 1 and this will be tagged out of the contract.
