The Board of Trustees for Ohau School, are seeking a suitably qualified Main Building Contractor to carry out the Acoustic Ceilings & LED Lighting to Blocks B & C Project. .
The Contract Works required are: Through all areas in Blocks B & C except toilet areas, install acoustic ceiling panels. Install new LED lighting ensuring all lighting is RCD protected. Painting to affected areas only.
All tender documentation and necessary information attached.
Contractors must visit site for tender to be compliant. Contact School Office to arrange a site visit.
Ideally dependent on MoE funding approval this work would be started approx as soon as possible once confirmation of approvals are advised, however this will be discussed with the successful contractor and school once funding approval is confirmed.
