The Admin Block at Rangikura School has been identified to have significant weathertightness issues and design is currently underway to demolish and replace that building with a new fit for purpose facility in the same location.
In the meantime, a refurbishment of existing space is required to accommodate staff and continue administration/reception functions, while design and construction of the new Admin Block progresses.

The Contract Works required are:
• Decanting and minor refurbishment of block R2 and classroom S2 to convert them into temporary Administration and Reception facilities respectively
