Kuranui College BOT seek the services of a Main Building Contractor to deliver 3 projects at Kuranui College.
The pricing for each project needs to be broken down separately (as per the pricing schedule) & it is imperative that the highlighted works are completed prior to Term 1 2024 which commences on January 31st 2024:
Project 243033 - LSM Ramps, thresholds & paving
• New accessible ramps
• Excavation & base preparation for new concrete
• Sump raising
• Manhole raising
• Uneven paving remediation
• Remediation of pavers
• New concrete & high vis paint
Project 244346 - LSM Accessibility Improvements - Cooking Tech and Universal Bathroom
• Access modification to the universal bathroom in Block E
• Installation of a bidet in specified bathroom
• Wheelchair accessible workstation in Food technology classroom
• Mobility parking space
• Ramp access to main entrance of the school
Project 238524 – Block E Toilet refurbishment
The universal toilet needs to be completed and accessible by January 30th 2024
• Remove and disposal of all hardware, sanitary ware,and partitions
• Removal and disposal of existing vinyl
• Remove and dispose the external wall
• Supply and install new walls
• Inspection of the flooring and remediate as required
• Supply and install new hardware and sanitary ware
• Supply and install new partitions
• Supply and installation of new lighting
• Installation of Seratone wall linings over the existing
• Gib linings
• Works to include provision of suitable mixer taps, running of all necessary pipe work and make good to all areas as required.
• Replace with new vinyl (works to include all coving and floor preparation as required)
• Supply and Install new single doors for each toilet space
