The purpose of this project is for consented works to be undertaken to:
- install a new portal frame between Rooms 7 & 8
- refurbish rooms, replace existing deck to rooms, revised foundation, sewer and stormwater for rooms 7 & 8
- construction of new toilet block behind Rooms 7 & 8

For unconsented works to be undertaken to:
- refurbish sickbay
- refurbish staff women's bathroom
- refurbish staff accessible bathroom

These works will be undertaken from December 2023. Some of the works may need to be staged.
