Overview
Maraekakaho School Board of Trustees is seeking a main contractor for the following scope of works.
Part A: Reconfigure Classrooms 5 and 6 to provide new flexible learning spaces. Provide access to a new outdoor learning area via sliding doors. Upgrade lighting and some floor coverings as required.
Part B: Upgrade lighting and some floor coverings in the Administration areas and Staffroom.
Part C: Replace translucent roofing to Caretaker Shed.
