Registration of Interest.

The Contract Works required at Ngataki School are additions to an existing school building, circa 170m2 new floor area, plus decks.

Scope of Works includes:
i. New Library, Multipurpose teaching and Breakout Spaces
ii. Existing Staffroom refurbishment .

The Contractor will be engaged through a Medium Works Contract (contract value dependent).

Indicative Timeframes for the Contract Works are:
i. Indicative start date: February 2024
ii. Indicative Due Date for Completion: November 2024
