Maungatapere School board of Trustees wishes to procure a Main Contractor for the Construction of ILE Upgrades, joinery and cladding
replacements, covered deck and flooring replacements (the Contract Works) for the Board of Trustees (BoT)
(The Principal) at Maungatapere School (the School).
The replacement of joinery, cladding and provision of a new covered deck to Block 1
will require as much work as possible to be completed over the 2023/24 summer holiday period.
The project also includes replacement of floor coverings to the toilets which may be carried out
separately so could be completed in a subsequent school holiday period.
This tender has been completed.

This ROI resulted in 1 supplier being invited to tender for the project in a closed tender process. The invited tenderer subsequently declined to tender. This RfX is now closed. A new open tender will be initiated on GETS.
