3 pupils toilets – completely strip out all existing fixtures and fittings, wall linings, including particle board flooring, replace with flooring grade plywood, replace all plumbing pipework, wall linings to be 12mm ply with 6mm hardiflex over, replace all plumbing fittings and fixtures, replace toilet partitions including disabled toilet area partition, new 25 litre HWC for provision of warm water to hand basins, new vinyl flooring and complete repaint. Entry door hardware requires replacement.
