Green Bay High School is located at 161 Godley Road, Green Bay, Auckland.
The school is undertaking an upgrade to the toilet facilities in blocks B and E which reconfigures the spaces and provides additional facilities for use by the students.
The works require new plumbing and drainage to be installed along with new hydraulic, electrical and mechanical services.
The school has advised that the toilet blocks will be available for works to start from Monday 24th October and the school will need them to be finished in time for the start of the 2024 academic year which is completion by Tuesday 30th January 2024

he Evaluation team combined scores placed these four Contractors as the highest scores when taking into account the MOE marking process and ROI documentation scoring basis and process.
There was a company who asked to be considered even though this company missed the cut off date, CM Build who asked to be included;
The reason for not accepting this is as follows;
1) that the Tender closed on Monday 18th Sep and the evaluation meeting was held on Thursday 21st Sep. It was not until Thursday 21st that CM Built Ltd asked if they could be considered which is 3 calendar days after the tender closed.
2) It is our understanding that where tenderers are unable to upload on the day of closure, with screenshots etc this can be accepted and provided there is no advantage to the other tenderers.
Other notes;
- CM Build seem to have missed and then retrospectively compiled and sent through 3 days later-
- In addition the meeting to short list had already been held and scored with the 3 Contractors approved for Stage 2before the emails were read
- at the schools request we did further checks within moe helpdesk for school led procurement and further feedback was gathered.
- CM Build has converted the PART A and PART B into it's own formatting, which is not on it's own a reason to exclude them but the ROI states not to do this.
- It's also clear that they are to submit via the e-Tender function in GETS Despite us asking them to contact GETS, CM Build went direct to the school who then called us.
In summary and taking into consideration the above, we believe there are a number of issues. Give that we have received conforming tenders, it's not possible to accept the late tender given the other tenderers were successful in loading and there were at least 3 conforming tenders.
