Titahi Bay School is planning to replace the existing gas fired hot water heating system and introduce replacement electrical heating.
Interior spaces in four school buildings will have heat pump units and radiant panel heaters installed.
The project also requires the sub contract engagement of a specialist mechanical heating company to drain down the pipework and remove the boilers, radiators, convector heaters and pipes.
A provisional sum allowance will be included to complete all reinstatement work to flooring and wall finishes.
