Andersons Bay School Board of Trustees are seeking Main Contractor tenders to create an indoor/outdoor learning space for some of their Block 2 classrooms. This work includes:
o Constructing a new deck for the first floor classrooms with roof canopy.
o Creating new openings at ground and first floor level to the outdoor spaces (with supporting lintels).
o Removing asbestos cladding in affected areas and recladding.
o New fan coil units in the affected classrooms.
o Heat detectors to the new deck area and emergency lighting and exit sign changes to suit.
