The Ministry seeks the services of a Main Contractor for the Design and Build of the new Gym. The successful contractor will be responsible for all design and construction elements of the contract including the management of the required subconsultants and subcontractors
It is anticipated that the design stage will benefit from the initial engagement by the school, and the full detailed design will be ready for consent in a 3-month time period. The construction stage is expected to have a duration of approximately 12 months.
