The BOT at Naenae Primary School are seeking the services of a main contractor to undertake the construction works for Naenae Primary School Block A Roofing works including high level windows & cladding.

This project has been designed to use FiberTite roofing membrane, this product cannot be substituted so please ensure you are licensed to use this.

This includes:

• Demolition of roof, cladding, and joinery
• Removal & replacement of guttering
• Removal & replacement of clerestory windows
• Relocation of air conditioning units
• Installation of new barge flashing and eaves
• Installation of roofing overlay system
• Removal and reinstatement of solar panels
• Removal and reinstatement of siren
• Staging the work carefully and in close conjunction with the school and project manager
• The project will be a complete turnkey project where the completed section of the building ready for school use will be handed over on completion.
