Blocks 1, 2
The carpet in Rooms 1-4 (Block 2) and Rooms 10-15 (Block 1) are in poor condition and
requires replacement
Works to involve:
- Remove and dispose of the existing carpet
- Supply and installation of new 16oz direct stick carpet tiles
- Works to include all floor preparation as required
Block 1
The wall coverings in Room 10 are nearing the end of their economic life
and require replacement.
Remove and dispose of the existing hessian pin boards
- Preparation of all wall surfaces to include sealing and stopping to level 2
- Supply and installation of new 10mm composite acoustic wall coverings- Supply and
installation of new 10mm composite acoustic wall coverings
Block 7 – Vinyl
The vinyl in Rooms 2, 4, staff toilet, and cloak bay (Block 2) and Block 3 are
nearing the end of it economic life and requires replacement
Removal and disposal of the existing vinyl flooring
- Removal of the partitions and toilet pans where required
- Supply and install of new vinyl flooring to include coving and all floor preparation
- Reinstatement of the partitions and toilets where required
