AMS Modernisation upgrade / Existing teaching spaces to be upgraded for DQLS and
modernisation requirements & toilet upgrade. Lifecycle joinery replacement as joinery shows signs
of decay, is in‐operable in some places and is no longer fit for purpose

Block 1:
Demolition and making good.
‐ Carpentry and hardware, door installation, trims
‐ Lifecycle replacement of lighting
‐ Replace floor coverings, wall coverings in each classroom
‐ Ceiling replacement which is at end of life.
‐ New exterior aluminium joinery to replace existing at end of life plus sliding doors in between
teaching
spaces and creation of breakout areas.
‐ Lifecycle replacement of existing toilets‐ including vinyl flooring, prefinished wall lining, toilet
partitioning, toilet pans & cisterns, basins & taps. Plus hot water provision

‐ Install 6 Heat‐pumps to replace old units at end of life.
Block 3:
Lifecycle replacement of existing toilets‐ including vinyl flooring, prefinished wall lining, toilet
