Replace gym floor and office carpet, upgrade lighting with new LED units to meet DQLS
standards, replace and upgrade the distribution board. Provide storage and lundia shelving.
Replace rotten wooden joinery with aluminium, where translucent cladding has deteriorated
cladding is to be replaced. Convert upper level to a sports office including new carpet and
wall linings, LED lighting and heat pump. To upstairs classrooms install acoustic composition
wallboard.
