Life‐cycle Toilet Refurbishment, Life‐cycle Ceiling and Pinboard Replacement
Lifecycle replacement of existing toilets (Girls/Boys)
1 x Block ‐ near Resource Room (5 x pans. 1 x urinal) and cloak bay plus WC block near
room 5 (5 pans and 1 x urinal). Project works include : vinyl flooring, prefinished wall lining,
toilet partitioning, toilet pans & cisterns, basins & taps.
Pin‐board ‐ Rooms 1‐5. ‐ Remove existing pin‐board and replace with new acoustically rated
and fire resistant composition. Lifecycle replacement of damaged wall and ceiling linings in
resource room.
