AMS Modernisation upgrade / Existing teaching spaces to be upgraded for
DQLS and modernisation requirements plus toilet upgrade, heat‐pump replacement and electrical work
Replacement of remainder of old fluorescent fittings with LED lighting and 3 x switchboards need RCD protection upgrades
Replace wall coverings in each classroom and ceilings in poor condition
Repair or replace any windows that have issues with functionality
Lifecycle replacement of existing toilets‐ including vinyl flooring, prefinished wall lining, toilet partitioning, toilet pans & cisterns, basins & taps. Plus installation of hot water.
Heat‐pump replacement in Reception, DPs, Sickbay, Bat Cave, Classrooms 9 & 10 and Counsellors room
