Block 2: Replacement of the poor condition hessian and cabinetry
- Remove and dispose of the existing hessian pin boards
- Remove and dispose of the existing cabinetry
- Preparation of all wall surfaces to include sealing and stopping to level 2
- Supply and installation of new 10mm composite acoustic wall coverings
- Supply and install new cabinetry
- Make good to areas as required

Block 4,5: The HWC is end of life and requires upgrading to compliant cylinders
- Engage with a plumber to scope the works
- Remove and dispose of the existing hot water cylinders
- Supply and install new compliant hot water cylinder and materials as required to complete the works
which are rated for this use and application.

Block 7: Replacement of the poor condition vinyl, carpet and hessian
- Remove and dispose of existing carpet.- Supply and installation of new 16oz direct stick carpet tiles.
- Works to include all floor preparation as required.
- Removal and disposal of existing vinyl.- Inspection of the flooring and remediate as required.
- Replace with new vinyl (works to include all coving and floor preparation as required)
- Remove and dispose of existing hessian wall coverings.- Supply and install new 10mm composite acoustic wall coverings.
