Outdoor Learning
Replace the front facade window joinery to bi-fold doors in Block 1. There is an existing hard cover structure to this block for an outdoor learning
Remove and dispose of the existing timber window joinery
Supply and install of new aluminium commercial grade bi-fold doors
Works to include replacement of all hardware (locks, stays etc)

DQLS Upgrade to the classrooms
Re-line existing ceilings with GIB
Remove and dispose of existing carpet.
Supply and installation of new 16oz direct stick carpet tiles. Works to include all floor prep
Removal and disposal of existing vinyl.- Inspection of the flooring and remediate as required.
Replace with new vinyl (works to include all coving and floor preparation as required)
Remove and dispose of existing hessian wall coverings.
Supply and install new 10mm composite acoustic wall coverings.
Remove and dispose of existing heaters.
Supply and install new heat pump units.
