Block 5 - Room 8
Lifecycle replacement of ceilings, carpets, vinyl, wall coverings and lighting in classroom. Lifecycle replacement of 2 x WC's, 2 x basins, tap fittings, partitions, wall linings, lighting and vinyl and install hot water. Remove existing carpet and supply and install approx. 74sqm of new direct fix acoustic carpet tiles. Remove existing vinyl and replace with approx 18sqm of 150mm coved commercial grade vinyl. Remove existing pinboard and supply and install new acoustic composition board. Remove existing ceiling tiles and replace with new acoustic ceiling tiles. Install new glazed double sliding entry door. Remove all existing toilet fixtures and fittings and replace with 2 x new WC's, 2 x new basins, 2 x new tap fittings with hot water supply, new wall linings and partitions.

Block 8 – Rooms 9 and 10

Block 12 – Room 11
Lifecycle replacement of ceilings, carpets, vinyl, wall coverings and lighting in classroom. Demolition of toilets to create breakout space. Remove existing carpet and supply and install approx. 52sqm of new direct fix acoustic carpet tiles. Remove existing vinyl and replace with approx 21sqm of 150mm coved commercial grade vinyl. Remove existing pinboard and supply and install new acoustic composition board. Install new glazed double sliding entry door. Remove all existing toilet fixtures and fittings and make good floors and walls for new acoustic coverings. Install glazed panel to create visibility into room from classroom.
