Block 3: Demolition and making good. Carpentry and hardware, door installation, trims
‐ Lifecycle replacement of old light fittings with LED lighting
‐ Replace floor coverings,(Rooms 1 and 4) wall coverings (Rooms 1 + 4) *(Rooms 2 & 3 need partial replacement)
‐ Replace ceilings in each classroom
‐ New aluminium joinery sliding doors leading out to outdoor learning area
‐ Sliding doors in between each teaching space and creation of breakout areas.
‐ Lifecycle replacement of exterior window joinery.
‐ Install new canopy structure to create outdoor learning area between Block 3 and 4.
