Block 1:
Remove and dispose of entire concrete tile roof system and replace with new 0.55
Corrugated iron roof cladding system including timber purlin/batten changes, flashings under and over, roofing membrane and netting, box 125 gutters, downpipes and any skylights. Note some old downpipes may have asbestos
Block 2a :
Remove and dispose of entire concrete tile roof system and replace with new 0.55 corrugated iron roof cladding system including timber purlin/batten changes, flashings under and over, roofing membrane and netting, box 125 gutters, downpipes and about 17 skylights. Note some old downpipes may have asbestos. Lower roof has skylights, flashings and spouting replacements required
Block 3 :
Remove and dispose of entire concrete tile roof system and replace with new 0.55 corrugated iron roof cladding system including timber purlin/batten changes, flashings under and over, roofing membrane and netting, box 125 gutters, downpipes and any skylights. Note some old downpipes may have asbestos
Block 6:
Nails lifting on the roof replace with tek screws and rubber washers, remove and replace downpipes and spouting at end of life.
Block 8:
Remove and dispose of entire concrete tile roof system and replace with new 0.55 corrugated iron roof cladding system including timber purlin/batten changes, flashings under and over, roofing membrane and netting, box 125 gutters, downpipes and any skylights. Note some old downpipes may have asbestos.
