The Board of Trustees for Gonville School are seeking a suitably qualified Main Building/Roofing Contractor to carry out Roofing Remediation Works to Various Blocks.
The Contract Works required are: Block 1: Replace iron roofing, including insulation and timber repairs if required. Remove skylights. Replace clearlite roofing with trafficable clearlite, replace polycarb roofing with new grade A safety glass, Replace fixings. Block 2: Replace clearlite with new trafficable clearlite, install new flashings. Block 3: Replace clearlite with new trafficable clearlite. Remove skylights. Block 10: Replace roofing iron, including insulation and timber repairs if required.
All tender documentation and necessary information attached.
Contractors must visit site. Contact School Office to arrange a site visit.
Ideally dependent on MoE funding approval this work would start as soon as possible after confirmation provided, however this will be discussed with the successfull contractor and school once funding approvals are confirmed.
