The project is the replacement of the Block A Roof, this work will include installing
insulation as well as a pitch change to a small area of roofing. There are areas of the block
that
require re-cladding that will be a separate project that will need to be co-ordinated with this
project. Funding for this work will be coming from the Block A: Re-roofing 5YA project, it is
expected that this work will carried out under schedule 1 of the Building Act 2004 and
therefore is exempt from consent requirements.
This tender has been awarded. Total spend value $ 348,606.
