Overview
Main Building Contractor for Block A - Refurbishment: Stage 1: Roofing Project.
This project relates to the replacement of the roof of Block A, ceiling installation install only, removal of asbestos in the roof and builders work which will include removal of old pinex tiles and re-lining two classrooms with GIB, removal and replacement of damaged/rotten soffits/facia and eaves (the Contract Works) for the Board of Trustees (BoT) (The Principal) at Kaingaroa Forest School (the School).
The project must be started and completed in the July 2023 School Holidays.
