a. The Buyer is seeking Construction Services for Site Wide Electrical and Heating Works at Westbrook School

- These works are part of the 5YA approved programme.
- The 10YPP and conditions assessments of the school have identified that many blocks require the end of life replacement of heat pumps, several existing exterior heat pump units to be ground mounted, replacement of several distribution boards and some cable management tidy up.
