Overview
The Catlins Area School is located in rural Clutha, 1h30 South of Dunedin, and caters for students years 1-15. As per the last count roll in July 2022, the school has 114 students enrolled.
The Contract Works required are asbestos removal and weathertightness remediation of Block 2 (a 59-year-old building with 3 teaching spaces (TS)).
The school will continue to operate all other buildings throughout the construction period. All construction works must be phased to take this into account and allow for suitable access at all times.
