Overview
Dunedin North Intermediate is a 320 pupil, year seven and eight intermediate,
The Buildings were constructed in the 1950’s, connected to a boiler and the asbestos lagging removed in the 1990s.
The Ministry requires removal the subfloor asbestos form the soil and dust from the pipework. The floor access hatches are to be created and reinstated.
