The Tahunanui School has a need to develop additional facilities to cater for their students with special needs. To meet this demand an existing toilet block will be converted into a Universal bathroom. A universal bathroom being the Ministry of Education equivalent of the NZ Building Code’s accessible bathroom.
A main contractor with experience of working in fully functioning school is required to undertake this project, the scope of which is indicated on the draft plans attached to this ROI.
