The Board of Trustees for Awapuni Primary School, are seeking a suitably qualified Main Building Contractor to carry out the AMS/ILE Upgrade & Refurbishment to Blocks 1 & 9.

The Contract Works required are: Block 1: To create modern learning environments throughout classrooms 12, 13 and 14 by installing new Autex wall coverings, new cabinetry and vinyl floor coverings. Boys 15 and Girls 16 toilets to be completely relined and modernised with new toilets, cisterns, tapware and hand dryers. This includes any associated painting. Block 9: Replace distribution board.

Contractors must visit site. Contact School Office to arrange a site visit.

Ideally dependent on MoE funding approval this work would be started approx as soon as possible once confirmation of approvals are advised, however this will be discussed with the successful contractor and school once funding approval is confirmed.
