Removal and disposal of existing roofing, skylights and flashings on the surrounding buildings of the Hall. New roofing will be installed on the surrounding areas of the Hall. Boxed guttering and downpipes will be installed on all areas including the Hall roof. The Hall roof only requires to be recrewed. Skylights will be taken out and the interior made good, including painting and finishing.
