The board of trustees at Papakura High School are requesting the construction services of a suitably qualified contractor to carry out a rationalisation of block CA. The 1960’s building has structural damage and required significant earthquake strengthening which makes it not economical to repair and maintain.
• Please note: this scope of works is just a brief outline of what is required. Therefore, each tender must attend a site visit to complete an accurate tender.
All tenderers shall be deemed to have inspected the site(s) before submitting their tender.
Site Visit 1 – Wednesday the 5th of October 2022 at 3:15pm
Site Visit 2 – Wednesday the 12th of October 2022 at 3:15pm
Site Visit 3 – Thursday the 20th of October 2022 at 3:15pm
