Registrations of Interest are sort for Building Main-Contractors to price the supply and installation works of a ILE/DQLS upgrade for Greenmeadows Intermediate School, Auckland.
AMS : Block 8 : DQLS & ILE Project. :
• Existing Infrastructure :
Refurbishing the specialist technology spaces in the Technology Block. ( 4 spaces )
Lifecycle replacement of existing finishes.
The existing interior finishes have reached the end of their lifecycle and become old and require replacement with new linings.
This project will require site visits and the appropriate site measures to determine the supply and installation of the required materials. A scope of works will be provided for tender pricing.
Demolition : Remove old existing materials and dispose off-site.
Services : Remove and reinstate all services and equipment to enable new surfaces installation.
Supply and install all specified new materials as directed, which include :
Re-line existing ceilings with GIB - Remove and dispose of any poor condition cabinetry, pantry
and specialist equipment that require replacement in the specialist classrooms.
Supply and install new cabinetry, pantries, and specialist equipment.
Removal and disposal of existing vinyl.
Inspection of the flooring and remediate as required.
Replace with new vinyl (works to include all coving and floor preparation as required) –
Remove and dispose of existing heating and extraction fans.
All documentation will be prepared by an architect representative consultant, to NZ Safety Codes and MoE standards.
All procedures to comply with MoE property legislation.
