Overview
The Contract Works required are:
Boys Bathroom
• Remove existing urinal and bathroom stall
• Remove and relocate hanging HWC
• Install 3 x new stalls
• Repaint walls
Girls bathroom
• Remove 3 x existing old toilet stalls
• Install 3 new stalls
• Repair damaged wall lining and ceiling
• Repaint interior lining
Bathroom exterior
• Remove separation wall (bag area)
• The Contractor will be engaged through a Medium Works Work Contract (Construction contracts for professional services and works).
