Overview
As agreed with the school and MoE, the contract works will be life-cycle replacement of carpet, acoustics, and external doors in Block 2 and Block 9.
Block 9 also requires targeted weathertightness remediation which has been identified as part of a weathertightness remediation inspection report.
It is anticipated that these works will be completed in the summer holidays of 2022/2023.
