The Board of Trustees for Mokoia School are seeking a suitably qualified Main Building Contractor to carry out AMS Alterations & Refurbishment.

The Contract Works required are: Convert Library into combined Library/Learning/Breakout space. Replace single door with doubled glazed cavity slider. New fixed adjustable shelving. Additional power & data outlets and new lighting. Replace existing flooring. New wall linings. Associated painting. New bi-fold door on to deck. Convert corridor into a learning street. Replace internal doors with glazed doors.

All tender documentation and necessary information attached.

Contractors must visit site. Contact School Office to arrange a site visit.

Ideally dependent on MoE funding approval this work would start as soon as possible after confirmation provided, however this will be discussed with the successfull contractor and school once funding approvals are confirmed.
