The approximate scope is: Block 2: AMS Modernisation upgrade / Existing teaching spaces to be upgraded for DQLS and ILE modernisation requirements plus toilet upgrade, heating in staffroom and outdoor canopy.

The Contract Works required are:
• Demolition and making good.
• Carpentry and hardware, door installation, trims
• Lifecycle replacement of lighting
• Replace floor coverings in each classroom as well as foyer and resource area. Carpet required in rooms 6 and 9.
• New sliding doors in between teaching spaces and creation of breakout areas.
• Creation of outdoor learning area with canopy
• Lifecycle replacement of staffroom toilets‐ including vinyl flooring, wall lining, toilet partitioning, toilet pans & cisterns, basins & taps.
• Removal of obsolete boiler pipework to Staffroom and replacement with new heat pump for heating provision.
