Creation of an outdoor learning environment for both Blocks 15 and K that will allow for collaborative and flexible teaching, including new joinery, provision of hardcover structures and decking.
The approximate scope is

- Remove and dispose of the existing window joinery as needed to connect to the proposed deck
- Supply and install of new aluminium commercial grade bi-fold / double doors
- Remove and dispose of 1x single leaf door to Block K, supply and install new entrance door to match to existing
- Provision of hardcover structures and decking to facilitate outdoor learning
Decking:
- Plan the dimensions of the desired area for the decking and mark the grounds
- Supply and install timber materials and start the deck frame
- Place the main boards and finish the frame. Install the decking material and complete the deck
Hard Cover Structure:
- Supply and install covered outdoor structures
- Trafficable translucent sheet material
- Frame finish: hot dipped galvanized or powder coated
- Profile: continuous arched rafters with medium radius curve; round or square columns and header beams with concrete foundations
- Drainage and storm water connection of downpipes to existing underground services as required plus remediation of as required where trenches are dug up
