As agreed in the 5YA with the school, this project will deliver the replacement of poor condition roofing, clear lite and gutters on Block 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, and 7 as documented in the specialist roofing report. The works may include:
• Removal and disposal of the existing roofing iron, gutters and clear lite roofing identified in Blocks 1, 2, 3, 4, 5
• Removal and disposal of the end-of-life clear lite roofing on Blocks 1, 7, 8
• Supply and installation of 0.55m roofing iron, box gutters and clear lite roofing including safety mesh
• Installation of R 2.9 roofing insulation where required
