As agreed in the 5YA with the school, this project will deliver a DQLS upgrade to classrooms in Block 7, 12, and 21 including replacing the internal doors in Block 21. The works may include:
Reline existing walls with GIB
• Remove and dispose of existing carpet and vinyl
• Supply and install new 16oz direct stick carpet tiles and vinyl including all coving
• Remove existing hessian wall coverings and replace with 10mm composite acoustic wall coverings
• Replacement of existing fluorescent lights with LED batten lighting
• Remove and dispose of existing heaters and replace with new heat pump units
• Removal of existing internal doors and joinery units in Block 21
• Supply and install new aluminium commercial grade siding door units inclusive of new hardware
