As agreed in the 5YA with the school, this project will deliver interior and exterior work to Blocks 3, 6, 8, and 12. The interior refurbishment will address replacement of end-of-life wall coverings, floor coverings and the replacement of ceiling tiles. The works will also include the installation of new sliding glass doors in Block 3 to address acoustics. The existing lighting will be replaced with LED batten lighting in Blocks 6, 8, and 12. The refurbishment of toilet areas will also be addressed.
