The approximate scope is
- Minor demolition works including removal of existing toilet fittings and floor coverings and existing carpet in administration/reception area.
‐ Carpentry and hardware, trims
- Installation of aluminium exterior doors in Room 4 to fit within existing timber frame
- Installation of aluminium slider door in opening between Room 2 and 3 to create flexible space.
- Targeted replacement of affected wallcoverings and flooring in classrooms if required after construction works.
- Replacement of 4 x WC's, 3 x basins, wall linings and partitions in student toilets plus installation of HWC
‐ Replace old fluorescent fittings with new LED lighting and install new metal lockable DBs with RCD protection in all rooms.
‐ Replacement of vinyl in student toilet areas and staffroom plus carpet in administration/reception area.
