Overview
o Removing the damaged roofing’s and replacing with new roofing – to buildings A1-A2, C1-C5, C8-C11, B5, Hall, Reception, Music Room, Junior toilet block and the walkway canopies (approx. 2692 m2)
o Replacing new roof with underlay, mesh netting, and insulations to the above buildings
o Replacing gutters and downpipes and barge boards including gym
o Replacing flashings and back trays including the gym
o Replacing screws to roofing’s – to Buildings T1-T5, Admin, S1-S2, CS1-CS2, Library and B1-B3 (approx. 1894 m2)
o All roofing material to be .55ml gauged Coloursteel Long run
