Kauri Flats School and The Northern Health School Satellite were built at 181 Walters Road, Takanini by the Ministry of Education between 2016 - 2019.
The main contractor appointed to the works carried the project through to completion with only a schedule of defects remaining, however the defects remediation was not carried out in accordance with the contract.
The outstanding defects have been defined by the attached report produced by WaterShed.
