The works included in this project were identified during 10YPP and are funded by 5YA allocations to be completed throughout 2022. This is a total refurbishment of the hall including:
i. New roof
ii Painting of all walls, ceilings, trims, beams
iii New floor and wall coverings throughout kitchen, hall and bathrooms
iv Upgrade switchboard and new electrical
v total refurbishment of hall toilets

This tender has been awarded. Total spend value $ 204,500.
